Hollywood star Johnny Depp, dressed as Jack Sparrow of “Pirates of the Caribbean”, surprised children at a hospital in Madrid during his time in Spain shooting ‘Day Drinker', footage released by the Spanish capital municipality on Wednesday (June 18) showed.

The flamboyant pirate played with children at the oncology area of the health centre of Nino Jesus hospital.

Depp is returning to the big screen with "Day Drinker," a sleek thriller directed by Marc Webb and co-starring Spanish actress Penelope Cruz.
