The Presidents of Ukraine, Syria, Latvia and Romania were seen arriving at UN headquarters on Wednesday (September 23), for the second day of the General Assembly's high-level dialogue.

Syria's President Ahmed al-Sharaa was the first speaker to take to the podium for the day.

All 193 UN member states are entitled to send delegations and participate in the General Assembly, according to the United Nations.

The 81st General Assembly high-level debates concludes on Monday (September 28).
