A Russian attack killed at least three people and wounded several others in Ukraine's northeastern city of Sumy, regional governor Oleh Hryhorov said on Wednesday (July 15).

Hryhorov said on Telegram that Russian forces carried out six strikes with guided aerial bombs. One bomb hit near medical facilities, while others struck infrastructure, according to preliminary information.
