STORY: Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy denounced as "terrorism" a Russian drone strike on a train in northeastern Kharkiv region on Tuesday (January 27) and said four people had been killed.

"In any country, a drone strike on a civilian train would be considered in exactly the same way – purely as terrorism," Zelenskiy wrote on the Telegram messaging app.

Reuters was not able to independently verify the location and date of footage shared by Zelenskiy on Telegram.
