X005-REINO UNIDO LLEGADA TRUMP
STORY: U.S. President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump arrived at London's Winfield House, the residence of the US ambassador to the United KIngdom, late on Tuesday (September 16).
Trump and Melania landed earlier at London Stansted Airport, as they began an unprecedented second state visit at which the two nations will seal investment deals, a renewal of a "special relationship" Prime Minister Keir Starmer is keen to champion.
"Relationships are great," Trump told journalists as he made a short statement alongside US Ambassador to the UK Warren Stephens outside Winfield House.
Trump will be greeted by King Charles on Wednesday (September 17), for a day of pomp at Windsor Castle, a regal show of soft power that Starmer hopes will offer him protection from possible pitfalls during the trip.
