V054-HUNGRÍA ORBAN ATACA A LA OPOSICION
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Friday (April 10) accused his political opponents of trying to "seize power" ahead of parliamentary elections this weekend.
In a video message posted on social media, Orban said the opposition was "colluding with foreign secret services" and threatening violence against his supporters in an "organised attempt to question the decision of the Hungarian people."
Orban did not give any evidence for the claims.
Nationalist Orban faces the biggest challenge to his rule in 16 years. Centre-right Tisza party leads Orban's Fidesz ahead of Sunday's election, a poll published by newspaper Nepszava showed on Friday, although the large number of undecided voters means the outcome of the election is uncertain.

"Moreover, our opponents will stop at nothing to seize power. They are colluding with foreign secret services, threatening our followers with violence, and calling out election fraud with fabricated accusations even before the election. They are organising demonstrations and chaos even before your votes have been counted. Let us speak clearly! This is an organised attempt to question the decision of the Hungarian people through chaos, pressure, and international discredit."
