Russian missiles struck the Black Sea port of Odesa late on Thursday (July 16), a frequent target of Moscow, killing two people and injuring eight, an official said.

11 residential buildings were damaged in the attack, Serhiy Lysak, the head of the city's military administration, said on Telegram.
