STORY: Penelope Cruz, the 'Two Javis' - Spanish directors Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi - and cast members of "The Black Ball" were in high spirits on Thursday evening (May 21) as they came out of the film's premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, grooving to the music on the red carpet.

The film received a prolonged standing ovation at the end of the screening, that made Cruz and the directors emotional.

Actor Tilda Swinton, who gave a masterclass on Thursday, attended the premiere, as did festival jury member Demi Moore.
