V005-TAILANDIA ATAQUES CAMBOYA
Thailand’s army on Friday (July 25) released footage showing what it said were its drones dropping bombs on a Cambodian military arms depot near the two countries’ border.
The handout video showed multiple structures being struck by drones, and one clip showed a drone catching fire mid-air before falling to the ground.
Reuters was not able to independently verify the location and date of footage.
Thailand and Cambodia exchanged heavy artillery fire on Friday as their worst fighting in more than a decade stretched for a second day, despite calls from the region and beyond for an immediate ceasefire in an escalating border conflict that has killed at least 16 people.
