STORY: Firefighters in Kharkiv extinguished a blaze caused by a Russian drone strike on an office building, local government and police officials said on Friday (August 8).

The fire broke out in the four-storey building in the city’s Saltivskyi district, injuring two people, officials said.

Emergency services published video footage showing firefighters putting out flames at the site.

Reuters was able to confirm the location from business signage, colour of the building and windows that matched file imagery.
