U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, along with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen and Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, were among the first to arrive. European Union Foreign Policy Chief Kaja Kallas and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store were also seen entering the venue. Additionally, former NATO Secretary-General and Norway's current Finance Minister Jens Stoltenberg attended, underscoring the geopolitical themes of the meeting.

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, now Executive Chairman of the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, and Finnish President Alexander Stubb added to the list of prominent attendees, as did Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker and Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde arrived alongside other financial delegates, signifying the forum's focus on economic stability amid geopolitical discussions. Israeli Ambassador to Germany Ron Prosor and Bosnia and Herzegovina's Council of Ministers Chairwoman Borjana Kristo represented regional positions.

This year's conference explores global security challenges, with discussions expected to delve into NATO dynamics, EU strategies, and economic resilience. Security remained visibly heightened, with police securing the area around the hotel venue.
