Residents and rescuers were seen taking shelter in a basement as the sounds of descending drones and explosions shook the building above in a video, released on Saturday (July 26) by State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

Reuters was not able to independently verify the location or the date when the footage was filmed.

Twenty-two people were wounded, including a 12-year-old, in a Russian air attack on Kharkiv early on Saturday, according to regional governor.
