STORY: Lionel Messi and the Inter Miami squad arrived in Medellin on Friday (January 30) evening ahead of their friendly match against Atletico Nacional at the Atanasio Girardot stadium.

The Argentine star and his teammates travelled to their hotel by bus under heavy security as hundreds of fans gathered outside the Wake Bio Hotel with signs and chants hoping to catch a glimpse of the World Cup winner.

The match is scheduled for Saturday (January 31).
