Britain’s King Charles on Monday (February 9) was presented to Pearl, a Fell pony related to Queen Elizabeth’s beloved pony Emma, as he made a visit to Lancashire, England.

The King, who arrived in Clitheroe by train, met farmers and rural charitable auctions at the Auction Mart before meeting Pearl, a pony related on her sire’s side to the late Queen’s black pony Emma.

Emma, who was present at the monarch's funeral along with the queen's two corgis, Sandy and Muick, watched the procession pass by in the grounds of Windsor Castle, where it was held on a lead by a groomsman.

Buckingham Palace said earlier on Monday it was ready to support any police investigation into King Charles' younger brother after emails suggested Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor might have shared confidential British trade documents with Jeffrey Epstein.
