Russian strikes damaged port infrastructure facilities and other sites in Ukraine's Black Sea region of Odesa, a regional governor said on Tuesday (September 29).

A civilian business was also heavily damaged in the attack that injured six people, Oleh Kiper said on Telegram.

Rescuers were seen working on the site of a destroyed building on fire in a video released by Ukraine's State Emergency Service.

The location or date of the video could not be verified. No older version of the video was found posted online before September 29.
