L062-GAZA VEHÍCULO CALCINADO ATAQUE ISRAELÍ
STORY: Palestinians inspected on Monday (November 2) a vehicle hit in an Israeli airstrike that killed one person and wounded some others, according to medics.
The attack in Gaza City's Tel Al-Hawa neighbourhood brought the death toll from Israeli strikes in Gaza on Monday to at least four. The Israeli military didn't immediately comment on the strike.
Israel, which says the Hamas militant group has been rearming and launching attacks in violation of a year-old ceasefire, has stepped up strikes on the group in recent weeks.
Hamas has denied trying to carry out attacks or rebuild its arsenal and accuses Israel of undermining the Gaza peace deal.
Last year's US-brokered ceasefire calls for eventual reconstruction of the territory. But little progress has been made as negotiators have failed to agree on terms for Hamas to disarm or Israel to withdraw its troops, who control about two-thirds of the territory after ordering residents out.

“We hope the war ends and children, like them, live, peacefully. It's been three years of destruction, enough. What are they fighting over? Enough. There is no one left whom they haven’t targeted and killed. Every family has a martyr, every family has someone who was killed, for what? What is left more that they haven’t done? Nothing is left. God is sufficient for us, and he is the best disposer of affairs.”
