Vessels in the Freedom Flotilla travelled alongside the Egyptian coast on Monday (October 6) as they head towards Gaza.

A live tracker showed one of the vessels, named Conscience, travelling in an eastern direction north of the Egyptian port city Alexandria on Monday morning.

Live cameras mounted on board the vessels also captured the boats' crews sitting on the deck surrounded by Palestinian flag bunting.

On Thursday (October 2), Israeli forces stopped 13 boats from the flotilla, but the flotilla organisers said 30 boats were continuing to sail towards the war-ravaged Palestinian enclave.

The flotilla is the latest sea-borne attempt to break Israel's blockade of Gaza, much of which has been turned into a wasteland by almost two years of war.
