"Good morning and good week. At 03:20 an air force aircraft landed at Elefsina carrying our fellow citizen from the cruise ship where hantavirus cases had appeared. He is without fever and asymptomatic with no signs of illness. For precautionary reasons only, he has been transferred to Attikon Hospital for quarantine. There is absolutely no reason for concern. I thank the aircraft crew, the accompanying EKAV staff, and Mr. Vasilakopoulos, President of EODY (National Public Health Organization), for offering to carry out this mission.
