Minneapolis, Minnesota, Estados Unidos

STORY: Crowds of Minnesotans gathered on Sunday (January 25) to march towards Minneapolis City Hall demanding justice for the ICE fatal shooting of U.S. citizen Alex Pretti.

Chanting "Minnesota make it clear, a general strike will make them fear" and "ICE out", protesters braved the cold temperatures as tensions in the state grow due to the second shooting death involving federal officers in Minneapolis this month.

Ahead of the march, a protester who identified himself as a U.S. veteran and a witness of the killing of Pretti, said he was collaborating with local authorities adding "I can tell you from my perspective, the man, Alex, was not resisting."

The Trump administration has launched its most ambitious immigration operation to date in Minneapolis, sparking weeks of protests by residents and violent altercations with federal agents, including two shooting deaths - Renee Good on January 7 and Pretti this weekend.
