STORY: The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush aircraft carrier conducted night flight operations, a released video on Sunday (August 16) showed. Reuters was not able to independently verify the location and the date when the video was filmed. No earlier version of the video was found posted online before August 16. The carrier is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations to support maritime security and stability in the Middle East, according to the U.S. Navy. Iran called on the U.S. to accept defeat on Saturday (August 15), while President Donald Trump blasted Tehran as "very evil" and told Americans to prepare for continued high fuel prices as a result of the war.
