U.S. President Donald Trump said on Sunday (November 16) that he could have discussions with Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro, who has been in the crosshairs of a U.S. military build-up in the Caribbean.
Trump, speaking with reporters, said he thinks Venezuela would like to have talks with the United States, but did not provide more details.
