"Today at about 5 am the city was woken up by Russian attacks. An industrial part of the city of Kharkiv was attacked as well as residential apartment building that was hit multiple times. Preliminary data indicates these were Geran-2 drones. Unfortunately, according to the information more than 19 people, including children have been injured and three people have been killed including a 2-year-old child,"
