Ukrainian rescuers retrieved a body from a collapsed building hit in a Russian drone and missile strike on Kyiv on Thursday (May 14).

Local emergency services said on Telegram that the dead count rose to three. It added that 28 people had been rescued alive so far.

Interior minister Ihor Klymenko said in a statement on Telegram that 10 people from the building were still missing.
