Inter Milan fans went through hard times on Saturday (May 31) as they watched the Champions League final, which the team lost 5-0 to Paris Saint-Germain on the Munich field.

Thousands of supporters had decided to watch the live screening together, gathering at the San Siro stadium or in several bars of the city, including the ‘Soccer Teams Kiosk’ near the Sforza Castle.

The match, however, didn't go as Inter fans had hoped, as in the first half the Italian team conceded two goals to their French rivals.

The final turned into a humiliation for the Nerazzurri when PSG scored three more goals in the second half, ending the match 5-0.

The fans gathered at the kiosk reacted with disappointment to each conceded goal, with some leaving the venue even before the end of the game.

"I didn't expect five goals like that," said Inter fan, Leonardo Lavezzari, after the match ended, adding that the team "didn't really take the field."

While PSG earned their first victory in a Champions League final, the result further distanced the memory of the Cup raised by the Nerazzurri in 2010, when the feat had succeeded against Bayern Munich.
