D605-ISRAEL NETANYAHU AGRADECE ATAQUE DE EUU A IRAN
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday morning (June 22) thanked U.S. President Trump, after U.S. forces struck Iran's three main nuclear sites as Trump warned Tehran it would face more devastating attacks if it does not agree to peace.
After days of deliberation and long before his self-imposed two-week deadline, Trump's decision to join Israel's military campaign against its major rival Iran is a major escalation of the conflict and risks opening a new era of instability in the Middle East.

1. (SOUNDBITE) (Hebrew) ISRAELI PRIME MINISTER BENJAMIN NETANYAHU SAYING:
"Do you remember that from the beginning of the operation I have promised you that Iran's nuclear facilities will be destroyed, one way or the other? This promise had been fulfilled. A short while ago, in full coordination between myself and President Trump as well as in full coordination between the IDF and the U.S. army, the U.S. attacked Iran's three nuclear facilities: Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan. In this the U.S. continued -- more vigorously and with great force -- the IDF and Mossad attacks on Iran's nuclear program. This program threatened our mere existence as well as endangered the whole world. Right after the completion of the operation, President Trump called me. We had a very warm and moving conversation. He congratulated me, he congratulated our army, he congratulated our people. And I congratulated him, the U.S. pilots and the American people. President Trump is fiercely leading the free world. He's a great friend of Israel, like no one before him. On my behalf and that of the Israeli people, on behalf of the whole Jewish people, I thank him from the bottom of my heart. And I know, citizens of Israel - that I speak from the bottom of the heart of each and every one of you. Together we stand, together we fight, and with God's help -- together we win."
