D009-TURQUIA ACCIDENTE AUTOBUS
STORY: Eleven people were killed and 27 injured after a bus collided with a truck in western Turkey on Sunday (October 11), Manisa Governor Vahdettin Ozkan said.
Footage from the scene of the accident showed blue body bags on the ground around the bus, which was turned on its side, with large damage to its back side. The truck, which appeared to be carrying wooden planks, was also on its side.

"Upon the collision between the semi-truck and the bus, our teams were immediately dispatched based on initial reports. Regrettably, we found that 11 of our citizens lost their lives in the incident. First and foremost, I pray for God's mercy upon all the citizens who lost their lives and I wish patience for their loved ones."
