STORY: U.S. President Donald Trump attended an Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) event in Miami on Saturday (April 11), making a high-profile appearance at UFC 327 at the Kaseya Center.

Trump entered the arena accompanied by several members of his family and UFC CEO Dana White, greeting U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio as he made his way to his ringside seat.

Trump's attendance at the event took place while JD Vance was holding a briefing in Pakistan, in which the Vice President announced the U.S. and Iran had failed to reach an agreement to end their war despite lengthy talks.

The White House plans to host an event with actual UFC fighters on June 14 as part of a series of events celebrating the semiquincentennial of the United States.
