Madrid ha acogido esta noche la entrega de los Premios Laureus del Deporte en el Palacio de Cibeles. Marc Márquez, Aitana Bonmatí, Carlos Alcaraz y Kílian Jornet eran los cuatro españoles nominados a estos galardones que otorga la Academia Laureus World Sports. Por la alfombra roja ha pasado Alcaraz, tras verse obligado a retirarse del Conde Godó, luciendo una férula inmovilizadora en su muñeca derecha. El murciano, en declaraciones a los medios, no se ha puesto plazos para volver. Ni siquiera Roland Garros. Alcaraz ha logrado el Pemio a Mejor Deportista del Año.
